I want to start by thanking Achim Mertns @achimmertens for the donation of 37 SBD to the Uganda Team.I would like to convey my and the regards of the whole Uganda Team.We are very grateful for the donation and it's already helped us a lot.
I will start by reminding you if you are not aware yet,team Uganda and @achimmertens created a partnership when
@achimmertens who is a German Steemian was here in Uganda a few weeks ago.
I wrote a post explaining the partnership which you can read here and also an update to that with the SBDs received here.

It would be better if you read all those posts above to understand this whole agreement we have together.
I exchanged the 37 SBD to Ugandan shillings last Monday 16/04/2018 which yielded 296451 ugx which i am going to round off to 296000 for easy calculations.
This was the money at the Monday 16/04/2018 exchange rate. The 37 SBDs yielded 296000 ugx(80.23 USD).
Total Expenditure
1. Buying Black T.shirts(6 *12500)= 75000 ugx=20.33 usd
2. Designing T.shirts ( the wordings on t.shirts and also the screen used as below)20000 ugx=5.42 USD
3.Printing the words in T.shirts (3000*6)=18000 ugx =4.88 USD.This means to print the words physically on the T.shirt
4. Transport to and from Kampala
To= (2000*3)=6000ugx=1.63 USD
From= (2500*3)=7500 ugx=2.03 USD
The transport is for @jordanlove @yohan2on and me.
5 Designing and Printing Flyers 22000 Ugx =5.96 USD
This were really many as we made very small business card like flyers.
6.Lunch 4 People 19500Ugx= 5.29USD.
I will not breakdown the speceifics of what each one used.It was me, @battebilly @jordanlove and @yohan2on.
Grand total spent on 17/04/2018 = 146000 Ugx =39.57USD
Balance =296000-146000=150000 ugx =40.66 USD.
We gave out some of the flyers we made and got different questions from the people.We did this as we waited for the T.shirts to be finished. It's unfortunate that we did not take back the T.shirts on as it got late and we were told to come back the next day,today 18/04/2018.
Printing house
As you can see from the first image above,that was me answering people's questions on the streets at a place called Nasser Road for people familiar with Kampala.It was really fun distributing answering the questions.We lefy them reading more about Steemit from the internet.
I would like to thank the people who did this great work with me as it was really a tiresome day of connecting all these things like t.shirts printing and giving out flyers.
