Team Uganda Starts Street Steemvangelism,37 SBD received From Achim...

I am happy to inform you guys that the Ugandan team is embarking on the next big thing,that is promoting Steemit to the Streets of Kampala

We have always had this idea,but never implemented it until now.

Yesterday @battebilly and i went to Kampala to print out some small papers which we shall be giving out to people on our busy Kampala streets.

We printed a few papers to test out the market..We had this words as shown in the image.

We also added our Facebook page and email address.Here it Will take very long for people to ditch Facebook however much deletefacebook is trending all over the world(i will write reasons for this in a separate post!).

We printed out quite a big number of these papers which we did distiribute out.The reaction from the Streets is mixed...others gladly take it and some just stare at you until you leave them!

It was a Friday evening and guess many people we're tired and heading back home after a long week.
I took some pics of how busy this place can be as shown below.

As we were giving out these papers,we met an old friend of mine(in which shirt holding a bag) who we did business with some time back and we caught with the chit chat.

You know as a true Steemian,i don't leave any opportunity without talking about Steemit and we had these papers and our old flyers .We took sometime explaining Steemit to these guys and took pics with them as shown below.

They really seemed interested as you can see in this image above and obviously we couldn't miss the golden question!

How do I withdraw the money??
I answered it like a pro,this watch am wearing was bought from Steemit money!
Let me drop a pic of my watch and you check it out(it's a simple Rolex and had liked it already,so I used that advantage)!

I didn't need further explanations of how to withdraw as i have proof already.

I had also gone to meet some guy who i told about Steemit earlier in the day and found out that he had approved his account,but he got stuck on writing his first post.

I quickly showed him how it's done and boom,he posted it and tutored him on other basics.You can check his article Here below.

This SBDs are really going ramp up our promotional activities here and I be withdrawing it in Monday(it's great prices have been are still rising as of this writing)

We are really going to promote Steemit far and wide in Uganda here.
