Today I will tell you about the salad, the recipe of which I saw on a YouTube.
He surprised me with simplicity, speed of cooking and originality.

Ingredients:
- Mushrooms, whole, 1 can (400 gr.)
- White beans, 1 can (400 gr.)
- Chicken breast, 1 PC.
- Mayonnaise, 50 gr.
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
Looking ahead, I will say that this salad is very good to squeeze a clove of garlic — so it will be more tasty.
Chicken in the original recipe is baked, but can be boiled — not much of a difference will be.
By the way, there is a very very simple and effective way to cook chicken breast to make it juicy and soft.
Boil water in a saucepan, put the fillets, bring back to a boil, turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid.
After 20 minutes, enjoy the juiciest and tenderest chicken, and, oddly enough, a good broth )).
But today we follow the source, and we preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add a little vegetable oil to the pan and fry the chicken on high heat for two minutes on each side. Salt, pepper to taste.
Put the fillets in the oven for ten minutes, then give a rest and cut into small pieces.
Mushrooms cut into quarters (if small, in half).
Mix beans, mushrooms, chicken and mayonnaise (as already said, you can add garlic), salt to taste and serve with some greens as a decoration.
