Today will be simple, quick and very tasty. Soft, juicy chicken breast with tomato sauce in Italian style with crispy cheese crust.

Ingredients:
- Chicken, fillet, 360 gr.
- Pureed tomatoes, 100 gr.
- Breadcrumbs, 20 gr.
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Sugar, 0.5 tsp.
- Grated Parmesan cheese, 15 gr.
- Italian herbs, 0.5 tsp.
- Red wine vinegar, 10 ml
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Chop the garlic finely.
Fry the chicken in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil for one and a half minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and put in a baking dish.
In a pan, fry the garlic for half a minute.
Add the herbs, sugar, vinegar and tomatoes. Salt, pepper to taste and simmer for two minutes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake in the oven for seven minutes.
Mix the Parmesan with the breadcrumbs, sprinkle this mixture over the chicken and bake for five minutes.
Give a little rest and serve with herbs.
