Hello!
Today we will cook a Burger with fish, but not with the whole piece as in salmon burger, and of minced tuna.
Difficulty: 5/10
Cooking time: 20 min.
Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
- Minced tuna, 240 gr.
- Red onion, 1 PC.
- Tomato, 1 PC.
- Tartar sauce, 100 gr.
- Iceberg salad, 140 gr.
- Ginger, 10 gr.
- Soy sauce, 10 ml
- Wine vinegar, 7 ml
- Burger buns, 2 PCs.
- Garlic, 3-4 cloves
- Black pepper, vegetable oil
Tartar can be bought, or you can cook of mayonnaise, capers, dill and lemon juice.
Onion and tomato cut into rings, ginger and garlic grate on a fine grater.
Onion mix with wine vinegar and a small amount of water. Leave to marinate for five minutes.
Mix the minced meat, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and ground pepper to taste.
Beat the mince on the table or bowl, form two cutlets (it is convenient to do it with a serving ring).
Heat a little vegetable oil in a grill pan and fry the cutlets for a minute and a half on high heat on each side and set aside.
In fry pan put buns and fry for 30-40 seconds on high heat.
Grease the inner parts of the buns with Tartar and put between them salad, cutlets, tomato and onion rings.
Bon appetit!
