Today we have a Pan-Asian recipe. Seafood is perfectly combined with sweet and sour sauce of ginger and orange juice. A cashew and sweet pepper complement the composition ).

Ingredients:
- Big shrimps, 4 PCs.
- Mussels, 200 gr.
- Bell pepper, 1 PC.
- Orange, 0.5 PCs.
- Ginger, 5 gr.
- Dried tomatoes, 5 gr.
- Cashew nut, 15 gr.
- Soy sauce, 30 ml
- Green onions
- Salt, pepper, vegetable oil
Shrimps are cleaned from the shell and esophagus, mussels are washed with running water, pepper is cut into slices, nuts are finely chopped, ginger and the zest of 0.5 orange are rubbed on a fine grater, onions are cut with small pieces.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the ginger for 30 seconds on high heat, add the bell pepper and cook, stirring, for three minutes.
Add the shrimps and mussels, fry for a minute and a half, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the juice of 0.5 an orange, zest, soy sauce and tomato flakes. Turn down the heat to medium and cook for a minute and a half.
Add the nuts, green onions, salt to taste and stir.
Serve with rice, noodles.
