Today we will prepare a simple but very tasty dish.

Spaghetti with mussels

Number of servings: 2-3

Ingredients:

Spaghetti with mussels

  • Spaghetti, 200 gr.
  • Mussels, 300 gr.
  • Cherry tomatoes, 150 gr.
  • Butter, 40 gr.
  • Garlic, 2 cloves
  • Parsley
  • Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil

Spaghetti boil in boiling salted water for 7-10 minutes (depends on your attitude to al-dente), throw in a colander, keeping the broth, sprinkle with vegetable oil, mix.

While the spaghetti is cooking, cut the tomatoes, finely chop the garlic and parsley.

Spaghetti with mussels

Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry the mussels, tomatoes and garlic over high heat for 2 minutes.

Spaghetti with mussels

Add 20 ml of the broth from spaghetti, salt, pepper to taste, cook for a minute.

Spaghetti with mussels

Add 50 ml of broth from spaghetti, butter, stir and cook for two minutes.

Spaghetti with mussels

Add spaghetti, parsley, stir, remove from heat.

Serve.
