Hello!
Today will be very simple and very delicious. Potatoes with mushrooms — a dish for all time, wallets and tastes.
Difficulty: 4/10
Cooking time: 35 min.
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
- Wild mushrooms, 500 gr.
- Potatoes, 700 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Salt, vegetable oil
Peel the potatoes and cut into bars. Mushrooms cut into medium fragments, onion small cube, garlic smaller.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion on high heat for a minute and a half.
Add the mushrooms, fry until brown (8-10 minutes) and set aside.
In the pan add 3-4 tbsp. vegetable oil, heat well and add the potatoes. Fry for 12 minutes on high heat, stirring every two minutes (the first two minutes don't stir — it is important).
Return the mushrooms to pan, add the garlic, salt to taste, cover loosely with a lid, reduce the heat to almost a minimum and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with herbs, sour cream, etc.
Bon appetit!
