I do not know who first invent to wrap anything in minced meat, but the idea is beautiful :-).

Cooking time: 20 min.
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
- Mince (pork), 400 gr.
- Peas, 60 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Egg, 1 PC.
- Sweet paprika, 1 tsp.
- Cilantro
- Green onion
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper
- Salt
Pour boiling water over the peas for five minutes.
Both onions and garlic chop.
Peas, onions, garlic, paprika and cilantro punch blender until smooth.
Mince to salt and pepper to taste, divide into four parts, flatten in the center of each put the filling...
...and wrap it carefully.
Heat in a pan a little vegetable oil and fry zrazy on high heat for one and a half minutes on each side.
Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve with greens.
