It was a surprising August, no doubt. 😅 Some of you even summed them up nicely in some of your posts. What will September have in store for us now? Even our little children can give us a good example of one that has happened recently! So this topic concerns both men and women, regardless of our age, marital status, where we live and how long we have been in HIVE.🥀 ##### _**Who do we feel disappointment towards?**_ We can feel it **to other people**. We interact daily with our family, neighbors, friends, co-workers, co-students, and also with absolute strangers. We generally expect the best from others, but sometimes this is not always the case. For different reasons others may say or do something we did not expect and we become disappointed. It is possible that there is a relationship between the love, affection and respect we feel for that person and the degree of disappointment we feel when what we expect does not happen.💔 But we can also feel disappointment **to ourselves**. *When we don't manage to do everything we want, should or can, we will surely feel bad. And that's normal! However, when we go from that to labeling, flagellating and discrediting ourselves in a cruel way, someone can become disappointed in themselves in an inordinate way. Fue un agosto sorpresivo, sin duda. 😅 Incluso algunos las resumieron muy bien en algunas de sus publicaciones. ¿Qué nos deparará el mes de septiembre ahora? Esperamos no decepcionarlos, pero el tema del mes es: DECEPCIÓN.😕 ![Separador 2.0.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/hive-102879/23wgDbkzVZRq66z1hBax9mHKcrbgnaEs3MbrGQSRKQ2ksMG76QWKtKT4bGKMwkTseUK9Q.png) ##### _**¿Por qué hablar de decepciones?**_ Porque es algo común en los seres humanos. ¿Quién no se ha llevado una decepción alguna vez? ¡Hasta nuestros pequeños hijos puedan darnos un buen ejemplo de alguna que haya sucedido recientemente. Así que este tema nos concierne tanto a hombres como mujeres, independientemente de nuestra edad, estado civil, donde vivamos y cuánto tiempo llevemos en HIVE. 🥀 ##### _**¿Hacia quiénes sentimos decepción?**_ Podemos sentirla **hacia otras personas**. Nos relacionamos a diario con nuestra familia, vecinos, amigos, compañeros de trabajo y de estudio, y también con absolutos desconocidos. Generalmente esperamos lo mejor de los demás, pero a veces no sucede así del todo. Por diferentes razones los demás pueden decir o hacer algo que no esperábamos y llegamos a sentir decepción. Es posible que exista una relación entre el amor, cariño y respeto que sentimos hacia esa persona con el grado de decepción que sintamos cuando no ocurre lo que esperamos. 💔 Pero también podemos sentir decepción **hacia nosotros mismos**. *¡Cuidado! ¡Ésta puede llegar a ser muy peligrosa si se sale de control!* Cuando no logramos hacer todo lo que deseamos, debemos o podemos, de seguro nos sentiremos mal. ¡Y eso es normal! Sin embargo, cuando de eso pasamos a etiquetarnos, flagelarnos y desacreditarnos a nosotros mismos de forma cruel, alguien puede llegar a sentirse decepcionado de sí mismo de forma desmedida. Es posible que también exista una relación entre el grado de perfeccionismo o exigencia hacia uno mismo con el grado de decepción que sintamos cuando no alcancemos lo que nos hemos trazado. 💔 Aunque también pueden decepcionarnos animales y objetos inanimados, los dos que mencionamos al principio pudieran ser los más comunes. ![Separador 2.0.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/hive-102879/23wgDbkzVZRq66z1hBax9mHKcrbgnaEs3MbrGQSRKQ2ksMG76QWKtKT4bGKMwkTseUK9Q.png) ##### _**¿Qué nos decepciona?**_ - Esperar algo que no llega - Algo que llega pero no lo esperábamos - La ingratitud - Relaciones sentimentales - Traiciones - Nuestro estado de salud De seguro se te ocurrirán otras cosas, así que tendrás tu oportunidad en los comentarios y publicando tus propios pensamientos y recuerdos en la comunidad. ##### _**¿Qué objetivo buscamos con éste tema?**_ Por supuesto, **de ninguna manera queremos indagar en tu privacidad, abrir de nuevo heridas o que nos digas un chisme**😂, para nada es el objetivo del tema. Ya sabemos que a veces la vida es difícil. Pero si sólo damos los detalles necesarios, podemos conocer mejor cómo se manifiesta éste sentimiento, por qué, y muy importante, cómo lo lograste gestionar, o si sigues haciéndolo. Ya tenemos más de 1.600 personas suscritas en la comunidad. Es posible que alguna de ellas pueda estar pasando una situación similar a la que viviste🤕. ¿Cómo sabemos que nuestra experiencia puede ayudar a alguien más, o al menos, consolar su corazón?💊 Incluso, hablar sobre este tema también tendrá beneficios personales, para cada autor. Quizás te des cuenta de que esas decepciones del pasado te prepararon de alguna forma para el futuro💪. También, podemos llegar a ver que hemos adquirido madurez, ya que esa decepción no afecta nuestro presente ni nuestra confianza en otros🤗.
