Falta poco para celebrar el cuarto aniversario de mi emprendimiento por lo que esta iniciativa me encanta porque es el momento idóneo para contarles acerca de la evolución del logo. Aprovecho para comentarles que soy una nueva hiver y esta es mi primera participación en la comunidad Beentrepreneur. ## El amanecer de mi logo Como todo principiante en el mundo del emprendimiento, tuve miedo de fracasar. Afortunadamente encontré una amiga que me ayudó a través de una asociación de su marca de chocolates (Chocogaviotos) a darme a conocer por las redes sociales, el trato fue básicamente intercambiar publicidad por mis servicios de peluquería. ![GridArt_20231025_141753372.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/bettymorfosis/AJkTTq3EXkq7uA7k9WepPw29DhT8p5Fr68YvoXwHPKUpQ2oDWDU8nvwmuZzahJs.jpg) Particularmente, no contaba con un logo, ni un nombre de peluquería como tal, me enfocaba en el servicio de uñas, así que decidí elegír la combinación del diminutivo de mi nombre con uñas en inglés, quedando como resultado Bettynails, y así le dí un sentido personal a mi marca, por varios meses estuve usando la publicidad que me hizo mi amiga Gabriela, y gracias a ese intercambio se convirtió en mi clienta número 1. ## En búsqueda del nombre Una noche mi cerebro empezó a maquinar como cambiarle el nombre a la peluquería y por supuesto crear un logo. Cabe destacar que mis conocimientos en diseño gráfico y marketing eran muy escasos, motivo por el cual hice un curso de marketing digital por internet. Tenía que encajar el nombre con el logo, no quería usar un nombre común, y tampoco quería utilizar: look o beauty, para denotar que era el nombre de una peluquería, quería algo diferente, me puse a buscar en internet sinónimos de transformación, de cambio, de peluquería, no encontraba como formular el nombre, hasta que llegué al concepto de Metamorfosis. Busqué en internet a ver si había una peluquería con ese nombre y encontré a varias, no quería desistir de la morfosis, encajaba perfectamente con la idea que tenía del cambio del servicio de uñas a peluquería, y fue ahí donde se me ocurrió combinar el diminutivo de mi nombre con morfosis. El nombre tenía que denotar mi evolución especialmente, esa transformación de manicurista a estilista integral, cabe destacar que yo tenía la experiencia y el conocimiento como estilista integral, pero emprendí por las uñas como lo mencioné líneas antes... No era solo la transformación de mi servicio, también se trataba de la transformación que le realizaba a mis clientas. ¡¡Era el nombre indicado!!. Así nació el nombre de Bettymorfosis. Creando también el eslogan para complementarlo, y el resultado me encantó: # Bettymorfosis... ## *"Hace realidad el cambio que deseas".* No podía pedir más, era justo un sentimiento plasmado y así procedí a realizar el logo, basándome en el concepto de transformación. ## Inventando el logo Le puse una mariposa, debido a la transformación que ella pasa de oruga a mariposa, así pasó mi servicio de uñas al servicio completo de peluquería, la cual coloqué arriba de una pintura de uñas y al lado una tijera, de fondo le puse un efecto de pintura en spray verde, que contrastó perfectamente con el diseño, el nuevo nombre de la peluquería lo dibujé de un color por letra, para darle colorido al logo. ![GridArt_20231025_142154637.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/bettymorfosis/AKFARiLSS6T3XdbGVHWSTb8fPdviKfbZzgPLbaw1mhTM1uqoAnXQgsGxrmGkfc3.jpg) _{primer logo} Quedó aceptable, y lo usé muchísimo tiempo, pero necesitaba agregar el servicio de barbería, así que lo renové. ## Primera renovación Mantuve el concepto de la mariposa, le añadí al diseño unos pinceles en abanico saliendo del esmalte de uñas para plasmar la extensa gamma de colores, coloqué la mariposa encima y abajo la tijera quise incluir todos los elementos de la peluquería en un diseño, al nombre le puse un efecto de ondas, dejándole cada letra por color, excepto las últimas letras que las dejé de un mismo color para darle algo de cambio, y paralelo a él, coloque barbería en inglés, para que las personas que vieran el diseño entendieran que el servicio de peluquería incluía a los caballeros, en el logo anterior no había puesto el servicio de barbería, porque la máquina de afeitar fue lo último que me prestó la amiga de mi mamá. ![GridArt_20231025_141901152.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/bettymorfosis/AKNLfEw6Np29dP9NvPbpYqS8naxzdtQGKANu33wKTtf6Fi645Vp82ZqrWrbkMKU.jpg) No pasó mucho tiempo de la renovación de mi logo, cuando hice otro, con un concepto diferente, ya no era una mariposa por el cambio del servicio de uñas al servicio de peluquería, ahora su significado era la transformación que le realizaba a mis clientas. It should be noted that my knowledge in graphic design and marketing was very scarce, which is why I took a digital marketing course on the Internet. I had to fit the name with the logo, I did not want to use a common name, and I did not want to use: look or beauty, to denote that it was the name of a hairdresser, I wanted something different, I started to search on the internet for synonyms of transformation, change, hairdresser, I could not find how to formulate the name, until I came to the concept of Metamorphosis. I searched the internet to see if there was a hairdresser with that name and I found several, I did not want to give up on morphosis, it fit perfectly with the idea I had of changing the service from nails to hairdresser, and that's where I came up with the idea of combining the diminutive of my name with morphosis. The name had to denote my evolution especially, that transformation from manicurist to integral stylist, it should be noted that I had the experience and knowledge as an integral stylist, but I started with the nails as I mentioned before.... It was not only the transformation of my service, it was also about the transformation that I made to my clients. It was the right name!!!. That's how the name Bettymorfosis was born.
