Today I start as promised with the presentation of new projects here in our region between Cadíz and Malaga. One of the most interesting locations for real estate investments in Spain besides Madrid and Barcelona. Here, the nucleus of this most stable zone Marbella with its sister municipalities Mijas and Estepona is located quite exactly in the middle between the two cities.
We start today in Estepona there are currently a lot of new projects so there should be something for everyone.
The project I present today is a combination of two units. One unit with 276 new luxury apartments and one unit with 101 modern luxury villas (all with their own pool).
A pedestrian bridge leads to the beach on the other side of the street in a few minutes on foot.

Heute fange ich wie versprochen an mit der Vorstellung neuer Projekte hier in unserer Region zwischen Cadíz und Malaga. Einem der interessantesten Standorte für Immobilien-Investments in ganz Spanien neben Madrid und Barcelona. Hier befindet sich ziemlich genau in der Mitte zwischen den beiden Städten die Keimzelle dieser wert stabilsten Zone Marbella mit seinen Schwestergemeinden Mijas und Estepona.
Wir fangen heute in Estepona an dort gibt es momentan eine Vielzahl von neuen Projekten sodaß für jeden etwas dabei sein sollte.
Das Projekt welches ich heute vorstelle ist eine Kombination aus zwei Einheiten. Einer Einheit mit 276 neuen Luxusapartments und einer Einheit mit 101 modernen Luxusvillen (alle mit eigenem Pool).
Über eine Fußgängerbrücke ist der auf der anderen Straßenseite liegende Strand in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht.
Bei dem interessanten Projekt gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten für den Kauf der Villen sprechen sie mit uns darüber.

Uno de los lugares más interesantes para inversiones inmobiliarias en toda España, junto con Madrid y Barcelona. El núcleo de Marbella, con sus municipios hermanos de Mijas y Estepona, está situado en el centro entre las dos ciudades.
Comenzamos hoy en Estepona, donde actualmente hay muchos proyectos nuevos, así que debería haber algo para todos.
El proyecto que presento hoy es una combinación de dos unidades. Una unidad con 276 nuevos apartamentos de lujo y una unidad con 101 modernas villas de lujo (todas con piscina privada).
A la playa del otro lado de la calle se llega en pocos minutos a pie a través de un puente peatonal.
En el interesante proyecto hay varias opciones para la compra de las villas que nos hablan de ello.
