Couple night ago, i was at at Labuan Island. It is always nice to be back to a place i called home. During the recent chinese new year, i had discussion with @dilresh about labuan community, he then invited me to one of their meet up but i cant seem to make my way there whenever they are having one.
So this time around , while @matthewdoughty and I was heading to labuan, i told @dilresh that i am coming over for a night. I will be busy during the day so i told him if there is any meetup happening on that day i will be happen to attend or perhaps to just chill with him along with few childhood friend.

@dilresh then organized a last minute meet up informing the community that he and @diamondray have been busy growing. Both of them are real stars in labuan , doing meet ups after meet ups , an accomplishment and hard work all of us should be supportive at and proud of as all of us want to see more people get on board to steemit.
When i arrive , there was only @dilresh there seated at the long table, i ask him to move to other smaller table. Then he told me that he is expecting more to come. On my mind, perhaps just 3 or 4 of us would be cool as it does seem like a nice night to chill.
To my surprise 14 labuan steemian came, it just shows how labuan folks is eager to learn more and get the best of steemit. It was organized at a place called the living room at Grand Dorsett . truly a lovely setup for a get together and chill night of question and answer.

It was truly a wonderful night, a night of sharing. I am happy to also educate them about promo-steem and its initiatives through @steem-ambassador, to see result the same night after telling them how to go about to get upvote support from @sndbox-alpha is truly wonderful, it makes it all worthwhile.
I will be organizing a meet up soon at Kota Kinabalu , then another on for the chinese community and hoping to schedule my time to fly to Sandakan have a organize a steemit bootcamp.
