In the past 6 weeks or more, I have noticed that @Steemchurch parishioners no more interact and curate the dear @Reliquary account which was meant to secure the Holy Scriptures on the blockchain. When @reliquary came onboard 135 days ago, Bible chapters shared did use to get high level of interactions with as high as 26 replies and it was all fun having to share our lessons together.
We must understand that curation is not all about upvotes, rather, the comments/replies can go a long way to make a post special. I had in an analysis post on @Steemchurch highlighted the need for interaction.
The aim of this review is to enable us look back to evaluate the operations and the level of interaction in our community for effective management decisions and planning. Evaluation is an important tool in community development and must be utilized effectively.
- Average upvotes and comments on @Steemchurch post = 57.5 and 26.2 respectively. These figures are very low compared to the followership count of 1492 and discord membership of 870. This therefore requires more sensitization by the sub-communities - @sc-n, @sc-g and @sc-v on parishioners to engage @Steemchurch posts.
- The chart shows less number of comments compared to upvotes. This implies a low level of interaction by parishioners and other users.
- We have much work to do to strengthen our community membership.
Moreover, it was also advocated that we all have to engage our community account towards building it up.

Today, while curating @reliquary, I learnt a lot as usuall and those lessons are going to birth something big in a few days to go. It is about me, you, our sub communities -@sc-n @sc-v @sc-g @farms @reliquary and the mother @Steemchurch account. We can do something about it.
Meanwhile, I salute @reliquary for publishing about 471 posts so far with about 468 chapters of the Bible. The New Testament was completed and the journey into the New Testament has reached the 17th chapter of Joshua

I had great musings on Chapter 16 of Joshua. Let me share with you.
Now this was the territory of the sons of Ephraim according to their families: ...v5
... This is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Ephraim according to their families (clans) v8
My lessons drawn in this chapter of Joshua is that we can only claim inheritance commiserate with the level of human resource. Note that inheritances are given to people and not to things. The Bible records that the sons of Ephraim took territories according to their families. Families comprise of people and not things.
The reasons we do not receive blessings may be that we have not enough human resources and man-power to manage the resources we seek. God expects us to grow the capacity for responsibility before the blessings come. No food for the lazy. The work must come before the rewards.
O Ye parishioners of the @Steemchurch, how are you growing your family - @Sc-n @Sc-g @Sc-v. Growing our families is not dependent on leaders alone. We have left the growth of our communities to our leaders alone. We have to deliberate procreate to grow our families. The more we grow the greater our inheritances shall be.
Consider 100 active members inviting 20 people each, we will have 2,000 active members of @Steemchurch and all donate at least 50 SP on the average to @Steemchurch, then 100,000 SP would have been feasible. We all have to grow our family. Tell someone about Steemchurch and bid them join the platform to share the love of Christ.
Remember your territory and inheritances will be received according to the strength of your family.
LET US ENGAGE RELIQUARY AGAIN
REMEMBER! WE ARE STEWARDS OF GOD UN TO GOOD WORKS! THE WORLD IS HERE FOR US TO CARE FOR
