Splinterlands Card Giveaway

Each week I host a giveaway for one of the original Reward Edition Splinterlands cards. Most of these cards have been out-of-print for almost two years, so new players can only get them in the market, and that can be pretty expensive. These giveaways are a way to help players build their deck for free.

This Week's Giveaway

For this week's Blast From The Past Giveaway, I'm giving away another card from the original set of reward edition cards, an Undead Minotaur.

The Undead Minotaur was not a popular card when it was first released. Quite simply, there were no rulesets that would favor a 6 Mana light tank with no armor. But over time higher mana battles evolved and new rulesets were created that would allow a light tank with double strike and retaliate ability to really excel.

Currently the cheapest Level 1 Undead Minotaur card is $1.08 on the Splinterlands market. That means it is worth many times the 15 DEC you would get from burning the card to extract the DEC locked within it. So don't even think about sending this card to the burn tanks!

If you are just starting out and haven't been able to add an Undead Minotaur to your deck or just need another one to level up, then you should get in on this giveaway. The Undead Minotaur card will be sent to one lucky winner when this contest closes at post payout time.

If this Undead Minotaur card doesn't fit in with your master plan for Splinterlands domination, or if you lack the skill and wisdom necessary to achieve victory with it, you can always rent it to someone else or try to sell it in the market.
