Zunächst war ich noch skeptisch
Als @hatoto mir auf Twitter vor einem Jahr von der Hive Blockchain erzählte, war ich noch skeptisch. Ich könne dort meinen Podcast veröffentlichen meinte er und es gäbe sogar eine spezielle Community für Finanzen, Leofinance genannt. Blockchain war mir ein Begriff vom Bitcoin her, ich wusste aber wenig Handfestes darüber oder was man unter Web3 versteht. Mein Hauptaugenmerk lag auf Börse, Aktien und ETF.
Ich meldete mich also am 1. Juni 2021 an. Über PeakD legte ich einen Hive Account „Börsen Gelaber“ an. Sofort merkte ich, dass diese Internetseite irgendwie anders war als alles was ich bisher kannte. Wozu es zB. diese ganzen Keys gab (Active, Owner, Posting,…) habe ich zu Beginn überhaupt nicht verstanden. Auf jeden Fall verlor ich das Ganze nach diesem ersten Eindruck erstmal wieder aus den Augen. Monatelang.
Der zweite Anlauf
Dann kam Splinterlands, das war im September 2021. Wieder war es @hatoto dessen Twitter Post über das Spiel und seine Gewinne damit mich neugierig machten. Ich erstellte mir auch da einen Account und fing an an zu spielen. Das erinnerte mich an meinen Podcast Account, den ich ja schon hatte und schaute nochmal rein in PeakD. Diesmal packte es mich! Diese ganze Idee mit dem Posten, Upvoten, Proof of delegated stake, dem echten Ownership des eigenen Contents und überhaupt diese Vielfalt an Inhalten auf der Blockchain. Ich war total geflasht und begeistert. Endlich platzierte ich meinen ersten Post.
👉🏻 Mein erster Post vom September 2021
Ich fragte @hatoto zu allem möglichen aus, er war eine Riesenhilfe in dieser Anfangsphase! So verstand ich recht schnell und lernte mich zurecht zu finden. Ich kaufte die ersten Hive Coins um meine Voting Power zu verbessern und schaute mich überall um.
Die nächsten Monate
Es folgten Monate voller Ausprobieren, Lernen und Content Creation für euch. Mittlerweile habe ich über 100 Posts veröffentlicht, mehr als 1000 Kommentare geschrieben und bekam mehr als 5000 Upvotes. Der Wahnsinn!
Waren es vor einem Jahr noch Instagram und Twitter auf denen ich am meisten mit dem Podcast unterwegs war, so sind es mittlerweile PeakD und LeoFinance. Mir macht es superviel Spaß hier mit euch in Kontakt zu sein. Es sind soviel Energie und Positive Impulse vorhanden. Gerade derzeit, wo der Kryptomarkt seit Monaten schwächelt, sind hier alle weiter voll dabei. Man lernt voneinander und es herrscht ein fast unglaublicher Respekt. Einfach eine echt tolle Community. Und das über den gesamten Globus.
Commitment an Hive und die Community
Zum 1. Geburtstag auf der Hive Blockchain möchte ich heute was Besonderes machen. Und da passt es wie gerufen, dass am 1. Juni ja gleichzeitig Power-Up-Tag ist, wie jeden Ersten des Monats:
Ich werde heute 1,5k Hive aufpowern.
Das ist ein Commitment von mir an euch alle und an die Hive Blockchain.
Auf diesem Weg möchte ich Danke sagen für die letzten 12 Monate. Es war klasse!
Die nächsten Ziele
Für die nächsten 12 Monate steht schon einiges auf der Agenda. Zum Beispiel möchte ich den Dolphin Status erreichen. Das heutige Power Up bringt mich diesem Ziel einen großen Schritt näher. Die Hälfte des Weges hab ich dann bereits!
Auch möchte ich meine Followerzahl auf 200 verdoppeln, genauso wie die Anzahl der Posts. Es sollen ca. 50 Podcast Episoden veröffentlicht werden und weitere 50 Blogging Posts. Damit möchte ich einen Mehrwert bieten und guten Content auf Hive beisteuern.
Genauso wichtig ist mir aber weiter dazu zu lernen. Von euch! Über Hive, die Blockchain und das Web3. Ich werde eure Beiträge und Kommentare lesen und mit euch in Kontakt kommen.

At first I was still skeptical
When @hatoto told me about the Hive Blockchain on Twitter a year ago, I was still skeptical. I could publish my podcast there, he said, and there was even a special community for finance called Leofinance. I knew blockchain as a term about bitcoin, but knew little tangible about it or what was meant by Web3. My main focus was on stock market, stocks and ETF.
So I signed up on June 1, 2021. Through PeakD, I created a hive account "stock market babble." Immediately I noticed that this website was somehow different from everything I knew before. Why there were all these keys (Active, Owner, Posting,...) I didn't understand at the beginning. In any case, after this first impression I lost sight of the whole thing again. For months.
The second attempt
Then came Splinterlands, that was in September 2021. Again it was @hatoto whose Twitter post about the game and his profits with it made me curious. I created an account there too and started playing. That reminded me of my podcast account, which I already had, and I looked again into PeakD. This time it grabbed me. This whole idea of posting, upvoting, delegated proof of stake, true ownership of your content, and in general this diversity of content on the blockchain. I was totally flashed and excited. I finally placed my first post.

I asked @hatoto about everything possible, he was a huge help in this initial phase! So I understood pretty quickly and learned my way around. I bought the first Hive Coins to improve my voting power and looked around everywhere.
The next months
Months of learning and content creation for you followed. In the passt year I published more than 100 posts, wrote more than 1000 comments and got more than 5000 upvotes. Crazy!
While a year ago it was Instagram and Twitter I was on most with the podcast, it's now PeakD and LeoFinance. I really enjoy being in contact with you guys here. There is so much energy and positive impulses. Especially at the moment, when the crypto market has been weakening for months, everyone here continues to be in full swing. You learn from each other and there is an almost unbelievable respect. Simply a really great community. And that over the whole globe.
Commitment to Hive and the community
For the 1st birthday on the Hive Blockchain, I would like to do something special today. And it fits like a charm that 1st of June is also power-up day, like every first of the month:

This is a commitment from me to all of you and to the Hive Blockchain.
This is my way to say thank you for the last 12 months. It's been awesome!
The next goals
There are already a lot of things on the agenda for the next 12 months. For example, I want to achieve Dolphin status. Today's Power Up brings me a big step closer to this goal. I'm already halfway there!
I also want to double my follower count to 200, as well as the number of posts. Goal is to publish about 50 new podcast episodes and another 50 blogging posts. With that, I want to further add value and contribute good content on Hive.
But just as important to me is to keep learning. From you guys! About Hive, the blockchain and Web3. I will read your posts and comments and get in touch with you.
