Recipe of tizana, to enjoy today Wednesday.

To be Wednesday is a perfect day to enjoy a rich tizana and prepare it as a family at the same time to cool ourselves from the inclement heat, while we feed our body with many fruits that contain vitamins like:

Orange: rich in vitamins A, E, B1, B6, C, in addition to containing 90 percent water. It acts as a good diuretic.

Melon: rich in vitamins A, C, is an antioxidant, also composed of water and therefore acts as a diuretic.

Apple: rich in vitamins: A, B, C, excellent for the skin.

Pineapple: rich in vitamins: C, B1, B6, folic acid, has anti-inflammatory properties.

Banana: rich in vitamins: B6, C, folic acid, perfect to help overcome high blood pressure due to its low salt content.

Mandarin: rich in vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3, B6 and C, in addition to containing antioxidant properties.

As we can see, the tizana, besides being a source of vitamins and minerals, satisfies our appetite, and we are well fed with the natural.

These are the fruits you use to prepare this rich tizana.

The ingredients:

Fruits to the taste of diners, I use:

  • pineapple.

  • Banana.

  • Mandarin.

  • Apple.

  • Orange.

Preparation

The fruits are cleaned and peeled very well, then they are cut into small pieces, and in a container are gathered all the fruits already cut, here in this moment I take advantage and I separate a quantity of these fruits, to prepare a rich fruit. Salad, which we can use as an aperitif, dessert or breakfast with cereals.

To prepare the juice, add a little lemon, orange and grenadine. Mix all the fruits with the juice, for which you like very sweet you can put a little sugar, not necessarily because with the sweet of the fruits and the grenadine is at its point.
