Hello good day guys!
I hope you are very well in health and motivated in what you do this beautiful day!
In this opportunity I will be showing you a creation that was totally a challenge, it is a stitch that is normally used on a few occasions, there are embroidery companies that have never done this type of work, for me it is an honor to have been able to carry it out .
The Cross Stitch is the oldest embroidery technique, which is to create drawings starting with X-shaped stitches, made in different sizes (stitch 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and stitch back). This type of embroidery is not made by our generation or by our mothers, they were used by our grandmothers and even more by our great grandmothers.
This Ukrainian style I loved because it allows to have a classic style and at the same time different in your clothes, has a resemblance to the pixelated design style, it looks very original.

In the beginning of the design to embroider in digital from the Phoptoshop design program, combining a beautiful bouquet of flowers, where roses prevail, for the central sleeve and for the edge of the sleeve a thinner.

I always had the confidence that our Wilcom program would have a cross stitch, because I was looking for stitches that could be cross stitches, but after some tests I did not really agree as these stitches looked more like a Mayan to points in X's.

In view of this situation I was involuncrandome with some tutorials on the internet, I discovered a place in the program where it says "INSERT", one of these options is Cross Stitch, Hallelujah !, when clicked leads to another individual window of the program, with fewer tools , but that allows to redraw the entire drawing, it is wonderful and quite simple to make, it is very similar to drawing.

Here we can see how in this individual window it has some small grids, that is where our points will be redrawn according to the cross stitch that we place according to the established sizes.
After redrawing this format it will be saved in .EMX which can be seen in our normal Wilcom embroidery window.

Here the design can be adjusted to the size that we are going to embroider, we also have to work with nearby measurements, because if we want to adjust to a very large or very small size that we already have in the format, we can open the stitches and it would not be like we want it, we have to be very careful with this.
After finishing our first design we are going to design the edges of sleeves, where a rose and a bouquet are extracted as a detail similar to the first design, we transform it into a cross stitch and adjust it to size.

Also with the sauteed rositas that go on the front of the blouse, using the same colors of our bouquet but individually, also rositas in cross stitch.

We already have our designs ready, now we proceed to embroider, in this case I used the ZGM to do the work of the handles and for the front I used my small brother machine P700
Here I show you ...

We put in the frame and we embroider

Look how lovely our first embroidery design with cross stitch has been!

This is how our old navy blue blouse goes from being simple to being a blouse in the Ukrainian style, very original! I hope you liked this creation.

I hope to see you in my next embroidery post ...
Greetings and kisses
