I find it hard to stay motivated to do 10k steps a day in the English winter. I decided to listen to some music with beats per minute around my walking pace and make a playlist. I was walking while I made it and was surprised to see I had done over 12k steps by the time I had finished it. I worked out that 80 minutes waking to the beat will get me to 10k steps.
