Hi guys!
Here's how my day went I had to go to work before 7:30. Before going to work I spotted that our pond had a water Lily and it was small so before leaving for work I took a photo of it. At the hospital I was the one in charge with the in patients( patients who stay in the hospital and were referred for Physical Therapy). It was my coworkers day off and the other one came during the afternoon so I had to treat most of the patients during the morning. I was able to finish 4 patients in the morning and 1 during the afternoon. The good thing was that I had interns under me. It was my very first time to experience a Language barrier with a patient. She was an Indian patient who doesn't know how to speak Filipino or English and the person who stays with her only knows a little Filipino. So during therapy it was hard to instruct her and even ask how she was feeling, If she had dizziness or pain. When we were doing the exercises, we couldn't instruct her so we had to show her the action and let her copy us. One thing that I learned from today was how important Communication in our daily lives.
