Statement from the Press Secretary
At the request of a number of committees of Congress, and for reasons of transparency, the President has directed the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Justice (including the FBI) to provide for the immediate declassification of the following materials: (1) pages 10-12 and 17-34 of the June 2017 application to the FISA court in the matter of Carter W. Page; (2) all FBI reports of interviews with Bruce G. Ohr prepared in connection with the Russia investigation; and (3) all FBI reports of interviews prepared in connection with all Carter Page FISA applications.
In addition, President Donald J. Trump has directed the Department of Justice (including the FBI) to publicly release all text messages relating to the Russia investigation, without redaction, of James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Bruce Ohr.

Update 09-22-18 night time (posted early morning 9-23 before anyone caught-on to this. Again, Q -SOURCE X leads the way to cracking-it): It is now apparent that Trump did a behind the doors deal. Trump read the entire de-classified documents the other day and found-out a coup had indeed been mounted against him. He found-out all of these people are involved: Jeff SESsions via recusal on purpose, Rosenstein who used the Jeff recusal to appoint Mueller so they could initiate the coup. So Trump does a deal with Rosenstein, that he will let him off the hook if he helps Trump go after all the involved. (This does not mean however that he will not be fired). Trump then does likewise a deal with Horowitz. So Horowitz is encharged with releasing the documents and obscuring only the critical names of the five eye elements involved in the scam, so as to not expose the five eye crimes, involvement in the coup and methods used, so as to avoid war. All of this must be done before the upcoming elections, so the country will know what the Democrats did to the nation. So now this explains why others such as McCabe are ratting on the dirty deeds of Rosenstein, in requesting a wire tap on Trump and on having requested he be impeached months ago. Rosenstein now denies this to save face and Trump allows him to as long as he helps him incriminate the other co-conspirators. The rats start turning on each other.

Leverage over Mueller is worth withdrawing the declassification directive in exchange for allowing the FBI and DOJ to manage how the institutional corruption surfaces.
President Trump agrees to allow the DOJ to use the IG report to expose the institutional corruption thereby agreeing to permit them to control the damage. However, the institution corruption must be exposed. If the DOJ and FBI renege on the deal; if the IG report does not expose the institutional corruption; then all agreements are null and void.
