You know it is going to be a good day when you wake up with a bee in your bonnet to revamp the rooms in your house lol! I am a firm believer in the saying “change is as good as a holiday” and I exercise that often in my home. Nothing pleases me more than clearing out a space that has become cluttered from every day family use and giving it a complete facelift. When you are done, the space has the most wonderfully renewed energy which gives it a completely new lease on life! I wish I had the energy and the time to do the entire house in one day haha – but that is simply not possible and I will have to work in increments… but the thing is, once you start something like this it tends to become a little addictive (well it does to me anyway) so hopefully I will get around to it all. Today however, I will be focusing on Jude’s bedroom and our “man cave” room – which is essentially the spare room which we turned into the boys PlayStation room. Jude’s room is probably one of my favourites to revamp because he gets even more pleasure out of it than I do… and it makes my heart smile when I see him bellowing to all his friends to “come and see his NEW room” haha! So… on that note… I will be off as I need to get to it… my son is a messy little critter and going through each and every toy and each and every drawer or shelf takes a considerable amount of time… I hope I don’t get lost in a heap of stuff lol… wish me luuuuck!!! Haha J
