Hi everyone here we are for another beautiful #wednesdaywalk hosted by @tattoodjay today i felt like just a walk in the park to breath some fresh air , look at some beautiful nature and relax the mind after all that New Year's partying so i just took of not even knowing what park i was even heading for or what park i was going to end up in.
I decided actually on this road i could see in the far distance from my rooftop apartment this road i had never gone down before so i thought today is the day lets do it.
Walking along this road i thought to myself this would be a cool place to live a quite middle class suburban no hardly any traffic and not far from the city. Even the local dog seemed to be friendly but a bit unsure of me.
I loved this stainless steal gate with the Chinese dragons paited on the gate how cool is that.
Walking further down the road i came across this beautiful bushy flower plant the flowers looked so pretty in heart shapes and the bees were certainly in love with this beautiful bushy flower plant also.
As i am walking further up this road i notice these Thai style houses thinking it might be another temple so i veered of this road and walked towards these temple looking houses.
As i got closer to these temple houses i noticed a large park area behind these houses i said to myself i have struck gold it was just what i was looking for to get amongst that nature and breath that fresh air...lol.
I was met by these beautiful lakes and bridges how awesome was this and i didn't even know it existed so close to my apartment and even the park dog greeted me in.
As i am walking further into this lake park i could see that the locals use this park for cycling , walking and jogging around at there preference but didn't seem over crowded maybe it was due to the time of the day i was there which i didn't mind more fresh air for me to breath.....hehe.
This was one huge park there were pathways , bridges and dirt tracks leading in every direction of this huge park so i chose this pathway as it looked quite like a rain forest very green and cool with some really crazy twisted up Banyan trees.
What i did notice about this lake park was that it had mainly trees of many types Banyan trees and Palm trees mostly but hardly any flowers i spotted maybe a couple of different types of flowers i suppose they didn't want the maintenance of flowers in this park but that didn't bother me i loved the rain forest look.
This tree log was quite interesting it had some sort of fungus growing over the top of this tree log and these monstrous mosquitoes we certainly having a feast.
Well i had not realized how long i had been walking i think it was about six hours already since i had left my apartment and my feet and the heat of the day was starting to tell me you need to head home.
My feet were tired but it has been a lovely discovery this lake park and a pleasant walk seeing all this my mind and soul did feel better but my feet were saying jump on this bike which was very tempting but no let's find a motorbike taxi or Tuk Tuk to take me home.
