When the light is too bright, and steemit just sent you that invite mail that you've been confirmed, how bold are you to make that first introductory Post?
Hello guys,
Meet my friend and brother @hilltop87
He's rather too shy to post.
I remembered being in the same position some months ago. Steemit approved my account since August 2017, but I just couldn't find the conviction to start. But after that talk with @destinysaid at a fast-food, holding a plate of fried rice and chicken that he paid for, I couldn't be much more encouraged.
So, I employed the same tactics: I took him out to have some fun, and made it fun filled myself.
He felt very relieved and happy afterwards. He's Avery talented writer, and a great thinker. I'm so sure that his presence here on steemit will be very beneficial to the entire community, even as much as the community will give back to him.
When I spoke to him about steemit, he had his reservations at first, told me how many a time online platforms fails. I told him to come in with an open heart, that there's really nothing to fear once you get to understand it's a community of the greatest minds in the world.
Hilltop has been a friend and a brother on a personal level, his eyes for success is amazing. He goes about his job with great delligence. He's very hardworking, but knows when to rest, he's definitely not a lazy Nigerian youth. We are not lazy, we are hardworking.
I couldn't but help to be part of the party, a soul is won to steemit, the community gets stronger, and I definitely was the happiest.
Welcome bro, we love you deeply.
That's him, you can go welcome him.
Thanks guys.
