
Ingredients.
- 1 lb of shrimp (shelled and deveined).
 - 2 shallots (finely chopped).
 - 1 ginger (cutting into julienne).
 - 4 teaspoons sugar.
 - 2 tablespoons fish sauce.
 - 1 teaspoon salt.
 
Instructions.
- Mix the shrimp with salt and 1 teaspoon sugar in a bowl for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
 - Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add shrimps and fry the shrimp on both sides till golden. Add ginger, shallot and cook for about 30 seconds.
 - Put these shrimps on the kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
 - While the shrimp are cooking, in a small bowl, mix well fish sauce and 3 teaspoons sugar. You have a sauce.
 - Heat sauce in a pan over low heat, add the shrimp and stir well till sauce thicken a little.
 - Serve hot with cooked rice.
