Today I want to share with you how I chose to start my day. Because I am a lover of sports and a healthy lifestyle, I started running outdoors, in an empty stadium.
Of course, I was not the only one who enjoyed the sunny and pleasant weather. I was accompanied by my dog who enjoyed the two hours of outdoor sports with me.
The physical exercises I did today consisted of the following circuit: The first squat series combined with jumping to tighten the glutes.
This type of physical exercise helps a lot in developing and toning the gluteal muscles, but also the quadriceps.
In addition to the benefits presented above, it also helps a lot to burn fat because you are doing cardio at the same time. After this series of exercises, I continued with walking lunges, and then with easy running.
I can say that I felt very good after this circuit of physical exercises and especially that it was a very beautiful sunny weather. Considering that the stadium is located in a mountain area, the air is very clean, so I got both vitamin D from the sun and plenty of oxygen.
