This day was planned as a "day without a bike" to rest a bit and take advantage of the opportunity to go on foot where it would be difficult to get there by bike. Starting from the waterfalls near Pazin, and then the castle and the center of this town, where we passionately took photos of the local roofers, some of them managed to break into the tower of the local church, and others into an abandoned Renault 5 馃槢 Further on, we visited the place called Svetvin膷enat, which winds around the castle by train.
We used the rest of the day to get to Pula, where we had defects in our bikes repaired and local delicacies in the pub right next door.
The route from Pula to Rovinj is ahead of us. This time we didn't have to lug luggage with us for the night. Because we had a plan - fucking clever 馃槢

Ten dzie艅 zaplanowany by艂 jako "dzie艅 bez roweru", aby troszk臋 odpocz膮膰 i korzystaj膮c z okazji - p贸j艣膰 pieszo tam, gdzie rowerem by艂oby ci臋偶ko wjecha膰. Two early morning sleepers took our cars to Rovinj and returned to us by train. This, however, required the rest of the group to get to the center ready - together with the bicycles of the volunteers mentioned above. So Day 5 started out challenging, but it only got better from there. E.g. the Colosseum. Whaaat? Well, yes - there is a Colosseum in Pula - probably the second one so well preserved (after the one most seen in photos from Rome). This was our starting point, from where some of us made a small loop through the old part of the city, and then the whole group headed towards the coast.
And there the blue bicycle route was waiting for us. A strange idea, but perhaps it emphasized the proximity of this road to the sea. Later, the blue color under the tires disappeared, but the route continued in a beautiful way right next to the water (greetings to fans of the Polish R10 馃槢). Anyway, that was the plan. After driving through the embankment in Fa啪ana, we became a little detached from the water, which cannot be said about the surface, which began to stick to our tires. Then adventures with large puddles for which each of us had a slightly different plan and red mud, which made it seem more pleasant than our domestic ones 馃槂

Whaaat? No tak - w Puli jest Koloseum - chyba drugie tak dobrze zachowane (po tym najbardziej obcykanym na fotkach z Rzymu). To by艂 nasz punkt startowy sk膮d niekt贸rzy wykonali ma艂膮 p臋telk臋 przez star膮 cz臋艣膰 miasta, a p贸藕niej ca艂膮 grup膮 ruszyli艣my w kierunku wybrze偶a.
I tam czeka艂a na nas niebieska trasa rowerowa. Pomys艂 przedziwny, ale mo偶e podkre艣la艂o to blisko艣膰 tej drogi do morza. P贸藕niej niebieski kolor pod oponami znikn膮艂, ale trasa dalej wiod艂a w przepi臋kny spos贸b przy samej wodzie (pozdrawiamy mi艂o艣nik贸w polskiego R10 馃槢). W ka偶dym razie taki by艂 plan. Po przejechaniu przez nabrze偶e w Fa啪anie, odkleili艣my si臋 troch臋 od wody, czego nie mo偶na powiedzie膰 o nawierzchni, kt贸ra zacz臋艂a przylega膰 do naszych opon. However, we quickly returned to the shore and, passing other tent/camping sites, we drove and rode all the time right next to the shore. It may sound trivial, but there's no other way to describe it - it's amazing! And so we arrived in Rovinj. And Rovinj is a small town... well no - Rovinj is the entire center whose history begins in the seventh century BC, and Rovinj received city rights in the 16th century. And it shows. You can even feel it a little, because the streets are narrow, quite steep and cycling is prohibited in the entire old part.

Szybko jednak wr贸cili艣my na brzeg i mijaj膮c kolejne pola namiotowe/kempingowe jechali艣my i jechali艣my ca艂y czas przy samym brzegu. Zabrzmi to trywialnie, ale inne trudno o inne okre艣lenie - co艣 niesamowitego! I tak dojechali艣my to Rovinj. A nawet troch臋 czu膰, bo uliczki s膮 w膮skie, do艣膰 strome i w ca艂ej starej cz臋艣ci obowi膮zuje zakaz jazdy rowerem.

From Rovinj we moved on, once again hitting the bicycle route in the footsteps of the former railway. What's funny - this time it looked as if someone had simply covered the tracks with gravel. Rails were rails, but even worse elements could protrude from under the surface. Then we had a very fast descent along an asphalt road, during which we could accidentally exceed 50 km/h and then drive under an extremely high road overpass for cars. A small climbing competition took us to the ruins of Dvigrad Castle and we walked there for a while, because there is a lot to see. From this place it was also possible to see the flyover that had previously been driven around below. A short drive and destination - our cars parked at the station in Kanfanar. Next stop - our overnight stay in Rijeka. Did we announce that we would fit it into 3 parts? Well - Rijeka probably needs another one 馃し

Z Rovinj ruszyli艣my dalej, ponownie trafiaj膮c na tras臋 rowerow膮 w 艣ladzie dawnej kolei. Co zabawne - tym razem wygl膮da艂o, jakby tory kto艣 po prostu przysypa艂 偶wirem. Szyny szynami, ale i gorsze elementy potrafi艂y wystawa膰 spod nawierzchni.
