Second part of the presentation of new projects here in our region between Cadíz and Malaga. One of the most interesting locations for real estate investments in Spain besides Madrid and Barcelona. Here, the nucleus of this most stable zone Marbella with its sister municipalities Mijas and Estepona is located quite exactly in the middle between the two cities.

Heute der zweite Teil der Vorstellung neuer Projekte hier in unserer Region zwischen Cadíz und Malaga. Einem der interessantesten Standorte für Immobilien-Investments in ganz Spanien neben Madrid und Barcelona. Hier befindet sich ziemlich genau in der Mitte zwischen den beiden Städten die Keimzelle dieser wert stabilsten Zone Marbella mit seinen Schwestergemeinden Mijas und Estepona.
Das Projekt welches ich heute vorstelle liegt in mitten des Golfanlage Estepona Golf und besteht aus 48 Townhäusern die in drei Phasen gebaut bzw. verkauft wird. Die Häuser verfügen zum Teil über eine eigene Tiefgarage mit Abstellraum unter dem jeweiligen Haus ausgestattet sind (nur die Häuser an der Straßenseite haben einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus) natürlich verfügt die Anlage auch über einen großen Gemeinschaftspool.

Hoy la segunda parte de la presentación de los nuevos proyectos aquí en nuestra región entre Cadíz y Málaga. Uno de los lugares más interesantes para inversiones inmobiliarias en toda España, junto con Madrid y Barcelona. El núcleo de esta zona más estable, Marbella, con sus comunidades hermanas de Mijas y Estepona, está situado en el centro entre las dos ciudades.
El proyecto que presento hoy está situado en el centro del campo de golf Estepona Golf y consta de 48 casas adosadas que se construirán o venderán en tres fases. Algunas de las casas tienen su propio aparcamiento subterráneo con trastero debajo de la casa respectiva (sólo las casas del lado de la calle tienen un aparcamiento justo enfrente de la casa), por supuesto el complejo también tiene una gran piscina comunitaria.
La playa está a sólo 5 minutos en coche de la tranquila urbanización, y en unos 10 minutos se encuentra en el encantador puerto de Estepona con todos sus bares, restaurantes y cafeterías.
