A former Secret Service agent named Gary J. Byrne has filed a law suit against Bill an Hillary Clinton for being part of "racketeer-influenced and corrupt organizations" (RICO). He alleges the Clintons and various supporters and allied organizations are at the head of a crime syndicate known as the "Democrat Deep State".

Included in the law suit are some recognizable names that are close to the Clintons. The individual defendants are:
- Bill Clinton
- Hillary Clinton
- George Soros
- John Podesta
- Jonathan Wackrow
- Jan Gilooly
- David Brock
Organizations included in the law suit are:
- Clinton Foundation
- Clinton Global Initiative
- Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership
- Media Matter for America
- Correct the Record
- American Bridge 21st Century
- Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington
- Shareblue
Byrne has put the cost of the law suit at $1 billion in damages. The court filing doesn't have his address, as he fears being assassinated.
On whatreallyhappened.com, there is an infographic that details the Clinton's body count as far back as 1977. It lists the deaths of people allegedly at the hands of the Clintons, often made to look like accidents, such as 16 airplane crashes and 20 suicides.
No wonder Byrne is afraid for his life. In 2016 he wrote a "tell-all" book called Crisis of Character, and was soon hit by the left-wing Media Matters founded by defendant David Brock. Byrne was accused of being a "smear merchant", which is what Media Matters does for all the time when it lies about Right-leaning media.
In a Breitbart interview in 2016, after Byrne wouldn't get coverage for what he exposed in his book, he said he had to go to the courts to set the record straight:
"Everything in the book is true. I want to set the record straight. And since I can't get on mainstream media to set the record straight, I'm going to have to do it in court."
Byrne also disclosed that Hilary is often angry, and people who "work for her, they're terrified of her". One account from his book if about "three women who came up from Arkansas with her. They knew the Clintons. The one lady worked with her at the Rose Law Firm, and she knew that Mrs. Clinton's anger became so ferocious that she immediately started demanding people would get fired."
These women made a mistake ordering stationaries by allowing an intern to make an error doing so. Tens of thousands of invitations to the White House were then useless. They didn't care about the tax payer money being wasted, but were worried about telling Hilary and how she would react. Someone was going to get fired.
Earlier this year the FBI had begun a secret investigation into pay-for-play allegations against Hillary Clinton. The U.S. attorney and the FBI were seeing if the Clinton Foundation engaged in favors for donations or pledges of cash and gifts. The NY Post stated:
"As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton greenlighted the Russian purchase of Uranium One, a Canadian company with uranium assets in the US, at a time when many of the company's owners had given a combined total of $145 million to the Clinton family charity"
The law suit from Byrne might not go anywhere in the end, but maybe it will bring some more heat onto Hilary who has been under fire these past years.
