This sticker was located in Elephant & Castle in south-east London and after an investigation i have been left with more questions, the sticker itself shows a dog which is perhaps of Shiba Inu breed and the word Kohaku which from what i found means amber in Japanese there is also the words "forever grateful", perhaps this is a working dog that died but i could not find any info on it.
