Durante varios años practiqué Rugby y Futból americano. Desde la primaria entrené ambos. El Rugby no es un deporte muy conocido o practicado en México, pero en los últimos años ha crecido. Antes solo las pocas escuelas de Inglaterra, Francia, Escocia en México tenían este deporte. Y ha sido uno de los últimos deportes en ser incluidos como Juego Olimpico.
Me divertía mucho jugando, entrenando, también disfrutaba la adrenalina y los golpes. Pero esto también me costó varias lesiones, algunas en las que tuve que terminar en Traumatología, un doctor y hasta cirugías.
Una de las cicatrices visibles que tengo, en la frente, fue precisamente en un partido de Rugby.

For several years I played Rugby and American Football. Since Elementary school I trained both. Rugby is not a well-known or practiced sport in Mexico, but in recent years it has grown. Before, only the few schools from England, France, and Scotland in Mexico had this sport. And it has been one of the last sports to be included as an Olympic Sport.
I had a lot of fun playing, training, I also enjoyed the adrenaline and the tackles. But this also cost me several injuries, some in which I had to end up in Traumatology, a doctor and even surgeries.
One of the visible scars I have, on my forehead, was precisely in a Rugby match.
