Waking up

I woke up at 6 and didn't do the the Jim kwik routine I will do it tomorrow really now, because I'm slowing down at work. This weekend I will make myself a reset of my habits. I won't ever go in that same cycle again ever. I want to grow not stand still like the last 20 years.

Today

Today I finished the pipes for the led lights. I also pulled 8x2.5mm2 from the ground to one half of the led lights. The cable haspel weighted around 300kg (500 metres 8x2.5mm cable) it was on it's side so I lifted it, rolled it to the easy roller and pulled the cable to the first floor, a colleague pulled it further. I pulled the cable to one half of the led lights of the hall. At the end I had to roll the cable tray trough the dirt to the container in my own. At lunch we had peasoup to eat the wife of the boss made it. It was great to eat it. I think I will make chilli con carne for them next week. My chilli con carne is great. 😁😀

yesterday

I feel like I'm slipping away again forgetting things that is not good I think it was too early for me to work again. Especially this kind of heavy work. I will hang on because of the people I can help with the income in the future but it is really hard.
