Waking up

I woke up at 6 and didn't do the the Jim kwik routine I will do it tomorrow really now, because I'm slowing down at work. So I will go to bed early and getup early doing the routine. Totally after seeing this video. I want to bit the personal targets being proactive not reactive I'm getting reactive if you don't watch out you get sucked in to that same old same old life again and I want to get put of that circle so I have to work harder on those habits.

Today

Today I was mounting the other cable tray under the wallmounts. After that I was mounting some 16A cee form utility wallmounts for the automatic doors. Then it was time to go home I was really exhausted from nothing really. It is a signal to change some morning and evening habits and sit more in the sun. But I got sombre pallets with me so that is very good.

yesterday

I made some new accounts yesterday. @Michelml, @arlans, @houtje they are old friends and I did a delegation of 500sp for an very good old friend.

Plans for today

• go to bed early.
• make a timebox schedule
• Make a new account for an old friend.

• Think in solutions.
