Waking up
I woke up at 5 and didn't do the the Jim kwik routine I stayed in bed with pain in my legs and back. After a few sessions with my doctor ho’s miracle stungun shock therapy I could walk again to let the games begin.
Today
As you see I have slept well during the weekend, but I need to take care of myself during weekdays so I will go to bed early and drink less coffee and take more tea with me maybe that's why I had such a headache.
Today I was later because of the pain. I know it's not good but i don't worry anymore about it. I do my work good when I'm there I'm at work most of the days but sometimes I begin a bit later it isn't my choice either. Specialists say that I can't do that job 40 hours a week anymore but I still do it. They don't pay my bills. Ok today it was sunny a beautiful day. I finished some led lights today and hanged a utilitybox I had a silver drill but it was too big it drilled very good but the rest was too much for the selfdriling screws. I had to wait for the guys who were soldering the iron nets before I could walk on it. It was a bit later then usual but I wanted to finish my work. I don't care if I'm a bit later no-one is waiting on me at home so that's no problem.
yesterday
Yesterday was a day of sleep much sleep. I don't know where the headache came from but I was in bed and rested a lot that's nice too. Sleeping not doing much you must have thought hmmm where are the streams of Hans well sometimes you have to take care of yourselves. The show must go on but sometimes it is a choice to just do stuff you want.

It's hugday today I didn't know that I like hugging haha it's nice some intimacy.
