Three days ago while pan frying some swordfish in bacon fat I made the rookie mistake of laying the fish in the pan wrong and I caused boiling hot grease to shoot up my arm. Ow. It turned out way worse than I expected 😂
So pro tip when putting meat in a pan of oil, make sure it splashes away from you.
