SONDHA ALOOR PAYAS (Aloo Ka Halwa) || Recipe

Hello friends, how are you all . Here today i am again a other recipe. So let's see how to made it.

Let's start...

INGREDIENTS

• Sweet red potatoes (aloo) :- 250 gram
( or you can take simple potatoes )

• Full cream milk :- 1 liter

• ‎Sugar :- 200 gram

• ‎Deshi ghee :- 50 gram

• ‎Cardamom powder :- 1/2 spoon

• ‎Roasted cashew :- 1/4 cup

• ‎Raisins :- 15-20

METHOD

• Cut the small pieces of boiled potatoes.

• ‎Take a pan and put ghee and after that put potatoes and fry it for 15 minutes on slow flame. After that put down the fry potatoes.

• ‎Boil the milk slowly and continues boil it and when get half.

• ‎After that put potatoes and cardamom powder into milk and mix it well.

• ‎After that put suger into the mixer and cook it on slow flame.

• ‎Yours recipe is ready , put it into refrigerator for minimum 4 hour and after that get it out and put roasted cashew and raisins and serve it.
