Today the dish is in the Greek style. Zucchini, minced meat, cheese, tomatoes and Basil-what could be healthier and tastier!

Ingredients:
- Zucchini, 2 PCs.
- Minced meat (beef), 400 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Tomato, 1 PC.
- Tomato paste, 30 gr.
- Cheese "Feta", 50 gr.
- Basil
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Zucchini cut lengthwise into two parts and remove the soft core with a spoon.
Put the zucchini halves in the oven for 15 minutes, do not throw out the core — it will be needed.
Onion peel and cut into cubes, tomato in a similar way.
Fry the onion in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil for two minutes on high heat.
The core of the zucchini, chop more finely, add to the pan and continue to cook for five minutes.
Add the minced meat and fry for five minutes, add the cheese, salt and pepper to taste, mix and remove from heat.
Pull out the zucchini from the oven, distribute the stuffing and return them to oven.
In the pan, where the minced meat was fried, add a tablespoon of oil, add the tomatoes and fry on medium heat for one minute. Dilute the tomato paste in 100 ml of hot water, add to the pan, bring to a boil and cook for a minute.
Add the chopped Basil leaves (leave a little to decoration), salt, pepper to taste, mix and remove from heat.
Take out the zucchini, spread the tomatoes on top and bake all together for 20 minutes.
Serve with sliced Basil.
