Today we will cook pike perch with potatoes in a very tasty sauce. If you don't have a walleye, use another fish. Cod, pike, pollock, hake, etc., cooked with this sauce will also be delicious.

Ingredients:
- Pike perch (fillet), 360 gr.
- Potatoes, 4-5 PCs.
- Sour cream 20%, 50 ml
- Feta cheese (or similar), 50 gr.
- Cream, 10%, 200 ml
- Thyme
- Dill
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices and boil in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Fish cut into portions, thyme leaves separated from the stems.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil the cream, dilute the cheese in them, add sour cream, thyme and warm over medium heat for three minutes. Salt to taste.
In a baking dish put the potatoes, fish, pour all the sauce and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve, decorate with dill.
