No new stories to tell; the organization is corrupt and that's all there is to say. It's likened to the government, that doesn't run properly and makes so many mistakes and yet finds a way to pay themselves more. I was in court, and they wanted to withdraw. I outlined how corrupt and negligent the organization was, copied emails, read up on the rights of children and parents; and the judge shrugged.
It was quick and painless and they made no attempt to back up their own negligence. It was only 20 minutes, the judge signed the termination order now they are gone!
2 day's later, my children showed up at my door stating their mother grabbed and attacked them. She left a nice scratch mark on my oldest son. I said call the police, but you know nothing will happen. My son insisted and I told him CAS will become involved again. He didn't care, the cops arrived and met the kids. They then went to the mothers and guess what? CAS doesn't want to verify or get involved. I guess they lost too much money on my family file!
I'm happy that they are gone. They are a worthless organization that perhaps helps only a fraction of the REAL cases. My only advice for anyone having trouble with them is to educate yourself on your rights, know when to play the game, seek help such as #familyprotection and even facebook groups. Be strong and know that this can be a long battle. I was dealing with these creeps for almost 3 years!
Persevere and you will become stronger and you will emerge with more knowledge, confidence, and perhaps strength. There will be bad days.. many of them, but they will be gone eventually.
