At a whopping 224 pesos a kilo we found these two inch thick tomahawk ribeye steaks at a grocery store here, totally uncommon for Mexico where steaks are usually thin, not thick.
Hands down probably the best steak I've had, followed by my recent love the picanha.
Each of those steaks weighed about .8 kilos. Around two pounds.
