We've got scrambles in the morning, today's with some suadero meat sautéed until crispy in bacon fat. My favorite steak is currently a chuck eye, shown covered in bacon grease and salted before grilling and half eaten after. I've been stuck on the chickens from Walmart, very tasty and I can use ever bit even feeding the soft bones after making bone broth to my happy dogs.
