So from the upper chart we came to know that, for preparing garments we will need the core material fiber which can be spun into yarn and can be prepared garments later on going through various process, which.

But we can't prepare garments from all types of fiber. The fibers have to be textile fiber for preparing garments. From that, we cam to know that all fibers are not textile fiber. For being textile fiber, it has to fall under certain criteria.

Firstly those fiber which don't have the width, length ratio of 1:1000, are not considered as textile fiber. Other than third, the fiber has to own some properties like flexibility/twistability, cohesiveness, strength and so on. We can only make garments with these textile fibers.

If we take our hair as an example, we will see that it's one kind of fiber but the cohesiveness of this fiber is not so good. And sometime it breaks while spinning. These properties are very much needed for preparing fiber to yarn and go further on garments making process.

As it's not filling the requirements, we won't be able to make garments from this fiber. From this example we could easily figure out that, though our hair is one one kind of fiber but it's not a textile fiber. And this is why we can't prepare garments from all types of fiber.
