Steps.

Get the glue and stick. Cut the paper bag into square.

Roll the the paper to the stick, then put glue when u reach the last part of the paper.

Remove the stick from the paper.

Roll the paper in to swirl, put glue when u reach the last part.

Form the wire like a flower.

Roll it the wire as stem and brach of the flower.
