Hello you, nice to see you again
Today I want to talk about shampoo. About regular shampoo, and organic shampoo.
This is based on my personal experiences with shampoo, i'm not a advisor.
Shampoo is shampoo
I always had thick, heavy and a length around my shoulder or even longer. I never thought about shampoo that much when I was younger, it was just shampoo when I was showering and it's good for the hairs When I was about 12 years young, I started to have more interest in hair masks and different shampoos. With friends we tried all kinds of shampoos and when we were in the mall we would buy a bottle of shampoo that we thought was nice. We payed attention to the smell and if it was for our hairtype the “right” shampoo
There must be an alternative
I never had trouble with shampoos and I also got preferences about a brand because I got used to it. Much later, when I was like 20 years old, my hair had changed. It was still thick an heavy but somehow there was no life in it, even after a shampoo-session, it just didn't got the souplesse it had before and I was playing around d a bit with different kind of shampoos that promised dancing hairs and right nutrition and all that kind of sh.. things, couldn't find anything right away and let it go, I thought it was a phase or so. So later on I was looking at a video on YouTube of a girl who did cool stuff with her hair, she made different hairstyles, dyed her hair with henna and used organic shampoo.
What's in it for me
So she also made a video about organic shampoo and normal shampoo and what the differences are. In this video she explained that some ingredients in “normal/regular” shampoo are pretty damaging for your hair like; sodium laureth sulfates, sillicones and other cones, and parabens.
SLS: Sodium laureth sulfate is the main ingredient of soap.

*The sulfates make it smell good. Then you got the sodium laureth what basically is soap. You can find it in hand soap, shampoos, shower gels etc. It is a cleanser, a really harsh cleanser to take away all of the dirt and oils. It is known as a aggressive cleanser because even cars and garage floors can be cleaned with this stuff, it dries out the hair and the skin/scalp, that is NOT something I want to put on my head and on my hair*.
