Hoy es martes de Encuentro de Talentos y como cada semana la amiga @angelica7, nos continua retando a dejar nuestras brillantes ideas en esta magnífica plataforma. En esta oportunidad es preciso reflexionar sobre ¿Qué huellas estamos dejando en el mundo?

Es importante resaltar que en las premisas del día a día vamos dejando pequeños rastros de nuestras acciones como una profunda huella en el suelo por donde transitamos, estas perduran en el tiempo y cada acción que realizamos queda grabada en la memoria de nuestros semejantes es por ello que la invitación de esta iniciativa nos plantea 3 interrogantes para generar ese hilo ¿Cómo son nuestras acciones? ¿Qué legado dejamos a nuestro paso? ¿Cómo deseamos ser recordados?

En este sentido me atrevería afirmar que mi mayor huella la he dejado en los roles que estoy cumpliendo actualmente y es que en ellos me he ido perfeccionando. Ahora bien, ustedes se preguntaran ¿Cuáles son esos roles? Soy madre de 3 bendiciones y trabajo como educadora en educación media y diversificada y les puedo decir con mucha propiedad que amo plenamente lo que hago.

Les explicare un poco mis razones y es que tengo el gran privilegio y responsabilidad de sembrar una pequeña semilla en el corazón y en los conocimientos de las generaciones del mañana, por lo tanto puedo decir con seguridad que soy una pieza fundamental para su futuro, por lo que tengo el deber de que estos conocimientos compartidos trasciendan e influir positivamente en sus vidas.

Esto sería desde el punto de vista académico, pero nuestra responsabilidad no es tan limitada, también puedo cultivar y reforzar sus valores, puedo ser de inspiración y motivación en sus diferentes ámbitos sociales y demostrarle con mi ejemplo de que los sueños son alcanzables cuando luchas continuamente por ellos.

Del mismo modo, como madre tengo la oportunidad de guiar sus pasos, de reforzar sus valores, de apoyarlos emocionalmente y de colmarlos de amor sin ninguna limitación. Soy su mejor reflejo, pues mis acciones no solo hablan socialmente, sino dentro de casa, por ello he trabajado arduamente junto a mi complemento perfecto como lo es mi esposo en enseñarles que el amor es primordial en los distintos ámbitos y espacios de nuestras vidas, iniciando con el hogar y extendiéndose a lo laboral, que deben ser personas honestas, responsables y ser resilientes antes las situaciones adversas de la vida.

Aunque muchos no le den importancia a estos roles de la docencia y de la maternidad, porque piensen que el educador debe cumplir con su trabajo porque para ello recibe un pago y la madre porque tiene el deber moral con sus hijos. Son situaciones que se deben desempeñar con amor y desde el corazón, de tal manera que su legado sea profunda y trascienda de generación en generación, que los años pasen y las personas recuerden con una gran sonrisa en su rostro eso bonito que le cultivaste.

Recordemos que el tiempo pasa y con ello nuestros hijos crecen y los estudiantes se transforman en adultos y cuando tú le has dejado buenas bases, le aportas herramientas idóneas para confrontar el mundo con optimismo, seguridad y excelentes valores. La influencia de todo educador y mamá es algo que impacta a las generaciones de relevo de manera positiva y que perdurara más allá de nuestra propia vida.

Y ustedes queridos amigos lectores te has preguntado recientemente ¿Cómo te gustaría ser recordado? Sino lo has hecho, este es un momento oportuno para vislumbrar tu futuro y trabajar intencionalmente para que sean por aspectos positivos. MY LEGACY A TRACE THAT IS TRANSMITTED FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION [ESP-ENG]

Today is Talent Gathering Tuesday and as every week our friend @angelica7, continues to challenge us to leave our brilliant ideas in this magnificent platform. This time it is necessary to reflect on What footprints are we leaving in the world?

It is important to emphasize that in the day-to-day premises we leave small traces of our actions as a deep imprint on the ground where we walk, these endure over time and every action we perform is recorded in the memory of our fellows is why the invitation of this initiative raises 3 questions to generate this thread How are our actions? What legacy do we leave in our wake? How do we want to be remembered?

In this sense, I would dare to affirm that I have left my greatest mark in the roles I am currently fulfilling, and it is in them that I have been perfecting myself. Now, you may ask, what are these roles? I am a mother of 3 blessings and I work as an educator in secondary and diversified education and I can tell you with much property that I fully love what I do.

I will explain a little of my reasons and it is that I have the great privilege and responsibility to plant a small seed in the heart and in the knowledge of tomorrow's generations, therefore I can safely say that I am a fundamental piece for their future, so I have the duty that this shared knowledge transcends and positively influence their lives.

This would be from the academic point of view, but our responsibility is not so limited, I can also cultivate and reinforce their values, I can be of inspiration and motivation in their different social areas and show them with my example that dreams are achievable when you continuously fight for them.

Likewise, as a mother I have the opportunity to guide their steps, to reinforce their values, to support them emotionally and to shower them with love without any limitations. I am their best reflection, because my actions not only speak socially, but also at home, so I have worked hard with my perfect complement as my husband to teach them that love is paramount in the different areas and spaces of our lives, starting with the home and extending to the workplace, that they should be honest, responsible and resilient before adverse situations in life.

Although many do not give importance to these roles of teaching and motherhood, because they think that the educator must fulfill his job because he receives a payment for it and the mother because she has a moral duty to her children. These are situations that must be performed with love and from the heart, so that your legacy is deep and transcends from generation to generation, that the years go by and people remember with a big smile on their face that beautiful thing that you cultivated.

Let's remember that time goes by and with it our children grow and students become adults and when you have left them good foundations, you provide them with the ideal tools to confront the world with optimism, security and excellent values. The influence of every educator and mother is something that impacts the succeeding generations in a positive way and that will last beyond our own lifetime.
