Primero que todo un buen estiramiento porque no queremos lesionar ningún músculo , porque vamos a hacer aguante en touch: Mantener la posición activa los músculos abdominales y de la zona lumbar, mejorando la estabilidad del core, al sostener la posición, se desarrolla la resistencia en los músculos implicados, lo que puede ayudar en otros ejercicios, mantener una posición durante un tiempo prolongado requiere enfoque y determinación, lo que también puede beneficiar tu entrenamiento mental, este ejercicio ayuda a mejorar la estabilidad general del cuerpo, lo que puede traducirse en un mejor rendimiento en otros ejercicios y actividades deportivas. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 5 segundos por 4 series.

Nuestro segundo ejercicio son dominadas en tuck: Trabajas los músculos de la espalda, los hombros y los brazos de manera intensa, mantener las piernas en posición encogida activa los músculos abdominales y mejora la estabilidad del core, esta variación puede ayudarte a mejorar tu técnica en dominadas tradicionales al obligarte a mantener una postura adecuada, al combinar el trabajo de la parte superior del cuerpo con la activación del core, se desarrolla una fuerza más equilibrada y funcional. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 10 repeticiones por 4 series.

Nuestro tercer y último ejercicio es aguante en tuck abierto: Esta posición activa intensamente los músculos abdominales y estabilizadores, mejorando la fuerza del core, mantener las piernas en una posición abierta puede ayudar a aumentar la movilidad en las caderas y los isquiotibiales, al sostener el peso del cuerpo con las manos, se trabaja la fuerza en los hombros, brazos y espalda, es un paso intermedio útil para avanzar hacia movimientos más complejos, como las planchas o los muscle-ups. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 10 segundos por 4 series.
