En esta oportunidad me he cruzado con una publicación bastante interesante y de la cual he padecido mucho, esta la encontré en el perfil de @gsbilbao lo cual tengo entendido no es una iniciativa, pero me pareció bastante curioso poder hablar al respecto sobre este tema ¡espero les guste!_

_Desde que tengo uso de razón puedo decir que soy una persona bastante perfeccionista, no me gusta que las cosas me salgan mal y trato siempre de hacerlo todo acorde para que todo salga muy bien y no poder frustrarme al final, durante un tiempo estuve convencida que las personas que son del signo de virgo suelen ser un poco perfeccionista al extremo y considero que en este tramo estoy yo, porque al pertenecer a este signo siento que las características que poseen van acorde mi persona. Para mí es muy importante que las cosas me salga muy bien, sufro cuando algo me sale mal y no logro acabar con lo que tengo planteado en su debida perfección, y sé que muy en el fondo estas cosas me pueden traer consecuencias a nivel personal y psicológico ya que hasta mi cuerpo ha sufrido las consecuencias por el constante estrés que vivo cuando las cosas no me salen bien._ _Puedo decir que sufro de depresión leve no diagnosticada, debido a este gran problema de perfeccionamiento que vivo en mi vida, durante un tiempo logré mantener mis estándares de perfeccionismo de un lado ya que considero, esto no era conveniente para mi vida y mucho menos para mi estado de salud, también nos hace ser personas frustradas y de muy mal humor ya que estos pensamientos está actuando negativamente sobre mi persona. Cuando me encontraba en la universidad, siempre recuerdo que la mayoría de los trabajos y puntos importantes de mi carrera siempre la realizaba yo, porque me ponía muy impaciente que otra persona hiciera el trabajo y que este pudiera salir mal, también me gustaba mucho corregir las cosas antes de entregarla ya que el mínimo punto desagradable trataba de cambiarlo, al punto del tipo de letra para utilizar en mis trabajos era difícil de elegir, muchas veces mis compañeros se sentían un poco distanciados de mí por esa forma de ser, después de un tiempo entendí que esto no me traía nada bueno a mi vida y fue cuando decidí empezar a bajar los niveles de perfeccionismo, y así mismo el nivel de estrés que ocasionan en mi vida._

When I was in college, I always remember that most of the work and important points of my career I always did it myself, because I was very impatient that someone else did the work and that this could go wrong, I also liked to correct things before delivering it because the slightest unpleasant point I tried to change it, After a while I understood that this did not bring me anything good in my life and that's when I decided to start lowering the levels of perfectionism, and also the level of stress that it caused in my life._

## _La perfección no existe •||• Holos Lotus_

_Me considero una persona que en su totalidad le gusta que las cosas le salgan a la perfección, pero también he entendido que eso no existe ya que no hay nada perfecto en la vida, siempre hay algo que tiene un margen de error y esas cosas se deben de aceptar, anteriormente no lo veía desde de punto de vista, pero hoy en la actualidad, y con un poco más de experiencia siento que es así, es por eso que hoy en día todo esto ha cambiado y veo las cosas desde otro punto de vista. Siempre me ha gustado que mi trabajo resalte entre todos los demás y que se vea como algo limpio e impecable, pero también entiendo que esto no puede llegar a cumplirse de un todo ya que como dije anteriormente existen márgenes de errores que lo hacen deficiente o incluso peores para otras personas, hoy en día he mantenido bajo custodia ese tipo de perfeccionismo que traía desde hace tiempo, hoy en día me gusta escuchar opiniones de los demás y darle la libertad de poder integrarse a mí vida, discutir y editar cualquier cosa que sea conveniente para el beneficio de ambos._ _El perfeccionismo suele tener dos caras, tanto la negativa como la positiva, pero mayormente se maneja la negativa ya que la contradicción que siempre tenemos ante las cosas que nos hacen barrera en la vida, es por eso que esto se vuelve tedioso para nosotros ya que esto va relacionado directamente a la frustración que sentimos cuando algo no nos sale como queremos, pero también lo podemos ver del lado positivo ya que se puede manejar de ambas caras. Siempre es positivo cuando no lo llevamos al exceso, sí no más bien cuando tratamos de manejarlo sobre la marcha y ver los contras y pros que esto nos beneficia en este perfeccionismo que tienen las personas, pero mayormente en mi caso personal ya que estoy hablando de mi experiencia, cuando la vida se enfrenta ante mí de una forma que considero no es la correcta, siempre trato de indagar y buscar las mejores soluciones para no caer en el perfeccionismo y a su vez estos afecte mi cuerpo, mi mente y mi salud emocional._

It is always positive when we do not take it to excess, but rather when we try to manage it on the fly and see the pros and cons that this benefits us in this perfectionism that people have, but mostly in my personal case as I am talking about my experience, when life faces me in a way that I consider is not the right one, I always try to investigate and seek the best solutions to avoid falling into perfectionism and in turn these affect my body, my mind and my emotional health._
