This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

I was born and raised from the Summer Capital of the Philippines, Baguio City, but I am now currently residing at the Strawberry Capital of the Philippines, La Trinidad Benguet. I just turned 18 during the pandemic and now I’m 22. It feels like that span of time just slipped from my hands. I am a Pisces, and it was believed that a Pisces is compassionate, artistic, deeply emotional, especially empathic and often inclined to throw themselves into caring for others, which I believe is true. At a young age, I used to go to the garden as well together with my siblings. I am the first child in our family and I have 5 siblings, 5 boys and 1 girl. I have one niece and she's so beautiful, her name is Yasmin Rei. She's one of our joy in our family. There were a lot of good memories when I was young. I was spoiled by my grandmother who always gives whatever I want, specially food and drinks. My grandmother before owns a store so whatever I pick at her store, she always gives me. Even though I eat and drink a lot of her store items, she doesn't care as long as I am happy. When she died, I was so sad and I couldn't accept it, it really pained me a lot.

I only knew about my father when I was 19 years old. He was the one who reached out to me first. On our first convo, I didn't even know that he was my father, I only addressed him as “Kuya” or “Brother”. As our conversation progressed, he asked a couple of questions that revealed him as my real father. I had an emotional moment during that time but I also felt relieved because for how many years, I finally knew my biological father. I was happy yet I know for a fact that we will never be a complete family again. I have already accepted it, after all, I still have my mom who never failed to show me the love and care that I truly deserved.

Hello everyone! It's my first time posting here at the HIVE Community. And it's a pleasure to meet you all. Want to know me? If yes, I'll start first by introducing myself. My name is Lilia, but you can call me "Lils" for short. I'm 31 years old and live in Gerona, Tarlac. But I was born and grew up in Pangasinan. Are you confused? Haha. Want to know why? If yes, then I'll tell you the reason why. Two years ago, we moved here in Gerona with my husband and two kids unexpectedly because of my father-in-law's health condition. Eventually, after two months, he passed away. And on the same day, I was hired by a company that I am currently working for. And it was a mix of emotions at that time. So, to make a long story short, I was not able to go back to Pangasinan because of my job. If you ask, what will my job be right now? I am a plant admin, which is far from my previous job that I never expected to happen. But just like everyone says, you will never always get what you are planning for. But I'm still thankful for the job I have now because it helps me financially and provides for my kids needs.

This time I'd like to share with you my hobby which is drawing. When I was a kid, I know to myself that I am very artistic when it comes to drawing my father brought me some art materials so that I can make a colorful and wonderful drawing, also he thought me how to draw so that I can learn and apply them every time I'm drawing something. I'd like to observe my father when he is drawing. In that way, I can express my feeling towards drawing, I feel so very artistic when I came up with any form of art. I like to draw portraits and landscapes, painting landscapes like mountains, lakes, and oceans makes me feel very relaxe and I'm enjoying to paint because every art piece is a masterpiece. And, I used to participate in every drawing contest in our school and fortunately, I won as a champion, and sometimes 1st place. I would like to share this with you guys, make this a motivation to draw and to express your feeling through drawing.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

Onboarder Application

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. For more information about this program, please refer to this post.

If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

1. Your Hive username. 2. The types of users you will be inviting. 3. The reason why you want to be part of the onboarding program.

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
