The challenge is great because we have to be very creative to make a drink with 5 ingredients apart from water. I really liked the idea and I let my imagination fly, it occurred to me to use pineapple, which is the queen of fruits, it is very versatile and tasty. I imagined its union with the carrot that will enhance its nutritional value and also give it a beautiful color. I also wanted to incorporate another element that would add consistency and I thought of rice because it is a cereal with a neutral flavor that will provide density and energy value. You can filter this juice to eliminate the remains of fiber provided by the carrot and pineapple, but I prefer and recommend drinking it whole because these fibers are very important for our digestive health. Serve in glasses with a piece of pineapple on the rim that can be consumed.

Pineapple provides vitamins B and C. Carrot is very rich in beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A, essential for vision, strengthening the immune system and ensuring healthy skin. La disponibilidad de agua donde vivo en mi comunidad es racionada, se bombea en días alternos por eso tenemos que tener reservas de agua en nuestras casas. Este sistema de distribución nos permite ahorrar este valioso elemento que es fundamental para la vida de todos los organismos. Estando en casa de mi madre, quise prepararle una bebida refrescante y ¿qué mejor ocasión que ésta? El reto es grande porque tenemos que ser muy creativos para realizar una bebida con 5 ingredientes aparte del agua. Me gustó mucho la idea y puse a volar la imaginación, se me ocurrió utilizar la piña, que es la reina de las frutas, es muy versátil y sabrosa. Me imaginé su unión con la zanahoria que le potenciará su valor nutritivo y también le aportará una bella coloración. Además quise incorporar otro elemento que le añadiera consistencia y pensé en el arroz porque es un cereal de sabor neutro que le brindará densidad y valor energético. Servir en vasos con un pedazo de piña en el borde que puede ser consumido.

Este jugo lo pueden filtrar para eliminar los restos de fibras que aportan la zanahoria y la piña, pero yo prefiero y recomiendo tomarlo completo porque estas fibras son muy importantes para nuestra salud digestiva.

Todos coincidimos en que tiene un sabor muy sabroso producto de la combinación de la piña y la zanahoria, en estas proporciones hay un equilibrio de sabores que se mezclan muy bien sin sobresalir ninguno de ellos, también la cantidad de arroz es la adecuada para mantener la fluidez del jugo y el tercer criterio es que es muy refrescante, deja una sensación de frescor muy agradable. Ha sido un éxito en mi familia y ya lo he incorporado a nuestra rutina. **Valor nutritivo de este jugo:** Este es un jugo muy nutritivo y energético. La piña aporta vitaminas B, C. La zanahoria es muy rica en betacaroteno, que el cuerpo convierte en vitamina A, esencial para la visión, fortalecer el sistema inmune y garantizar una piel sana. También contiene vitamina K, importante para la coagulación sanguínea. Ambas son muy ricas en antioxidantes y en fibras que son necesarias para la digestión y contienen minerales necesarios para el buen funcionamiento del organismo.
