Are you ready for the musical challenge of a lifetime?

It's time to wake up your creativity and get ready for one of the most anticipated events of the year. Music Zone has been a space for almost 3 years for musical expression and growth within the Hive blockchain. We want to invite you to explore and showcase your talent as a singer-songwriter in a 3rd edition of the Song Challenge. We know that songwriting for some is a simple process and for others a process that can take a while. A singer-songwriter must not only compose but also perform their work. So we invite you to prepare your repertoire for this great event. The winner will win a complete musical production of one of his or her works, along with a personalised lyric video clip. Think about it, this could be a wonderful opportunity to boost your music career beyond the Blockchain. The team behind this production includes music producer @diegoaudio and visual director @hectgranate.

How can I participate?

First you must create 3 completely unpublished songs. Then present them accompanied by a musical instrument in each of the 3 phases of the competition. Each phase lasts two weeks, which gives you time to polish your ideas. Remember that you can submit one song in each phase. The judges, professional musicians such as @dimeilaz, @yisusth and @edwardstobia, will evaluate the songs based on their originality, lyrics, melody and composition. To participate, all you have to do is record a video of your performance, upload it to the community and follow the detailed contest instructions. If you are a songwriter, singer and instrumentalist, whether you are an amateur or a professional, this is your chance. The Song Challenge is not just a competition, it's a celebration of musical art. A songwriter can connect with the audience by creating stories. If you have a story to tell, emotions and thoughts to express, your time has come.

¿Cómo puedo participar?

Primero debes crear 3 canciones completamente inéditas. Luego presentarlas acompañado de un instrumento musical en cada una de las 3 fases del concurso. Cada fase tiene una duración de dos semanas, lo que te da tiempo para pulir tus ideas. Recuerda que puedes presentar una canción en cada fase. Los jueces, profesionales de la música como @dimeilaz, @yisusth y @edwardstobia, evaluarán las canciones basándose en su originalidad, letra, melodía y composición. Para participar, solo tienes que grabar un video de tu presentación, subirlo a la comunidad y seguir las instrucciones detalladas del concurso. Si eres compositor, cantante e instrumentista, sin importar si eres aficionado o profesional, esta es tu oportunidad. El Song Challenge no es solo una competencia, es una celebración del arte musical. Un compositor musical puede conectar con la audiencia al crear historias. Si tienes una historia que contar, emociones y pensamientos que expresar, ha llegado tu momento._

The artist who receives the most votes will be crowned Hive Music Artist of the Week, while second and third place will earn the distinction of Honored Artists. In the event of ties, the final decision will be in the hands of our experts, who will select the winners based on artistic quality and community support.
